Dongfeng Cycle Path
on Nov 15 in attractionsThe Dongfeng Cycle Path follows the old rail line that used to run from Fengyuan to Dongshi. The route goes through an old tunnel, over the old truss bridge, and finally at the Dongshi end, through the so called ‘green tunnel’ a rather nice section of road that is lined with trees. The whole path is 12km long.
There are bicycle rental places at the beginning and end as well as at several points along the way. Bikes usually go for around $100 per day. Some places have tandems as well as 3 and even 4 seater bicycles available.
