With business circles moving westward and comprehensive planning of new city hall center, the 7th Phase Readjustment Area has become the focus of development in Taichung City in the future.

A lot of visitors want to have a look at Jingming 1st Street when they come to Taichung. This shows the demand of people on quality shopping space.

At the planning of Tiger City, Yemei International requested AC Nielsen to conduct random survey of people aged from 15 to 54 living in major business circles in Taichung City (County) to understand current shopping styles and future life trends.

The results were reference for planning Tiger City Shopping Center, a space in internationalization for humanity, art, life and leisure.
