Yamay Resort

The Yamay Resort is an amusement park “Discovery”, and a water park “Mala” just side by side. You’ll find alot of fun rides like Ferris wheel, rafting etc., though the highlight roller coaster has to be “Gravity Max.” On this ride you begin high up on a horizontal track that tilts forward to a 90 degree angle before releasing you down and into a loop the loop. There are also plenty of rides for kids and non thrill seekers.

The water park, Mala, can get very busy during the summer months, especially in the holidays, but it’s still a great place to cool off. The 2.4m, machine generated wave is a lot fun as too is Cowabunga, an artificial wave that can be surfed. It’s not much like the real thing, but watching people wipe out is entertaining enough! Two theme parks in one!
